REGISTRATION

• Click below button to pay the registration fee based on the registration type.

• General Registration fee is $240 for Team and $70 for Solo.

• Late Registration fee is $280 for Team.  Solo Registration is only available during General Registration period.

• For multiple teams, one single bulk payment is acceptable.

• Please contact admin@mamts.org for financial aid (Title I schools), alternate payment methods, or registration inquiries and assistance.

• All registration fees are non-refundable.

2. Registration Form

• Click below button to submit the registration form based on Division.

• Registration form requires corresponding 8-digit Receipt Number from the payment confirmation email (receipts@mamts.org).

• For multiple teams, separate registration form must be submitted for each team.

• Registration forms may be submitted prior to finalizing the team members.

• Team member information can be updated anytime until Late Registration deadline.

• For last-minute changes after Late Registration deadline, please contact admin@mamts.org for assistance.

3. Consent Form

• Click below button to submit the consent form based on Division.

• All Participants are required to have their parent/guardian submit the consent form.  Participants will NOT be allowed to participate in MAMTS tournament without a signed consent form.

• Coaches are asked to assist in ensuring that parents/guardians of all team members submit the consent form by Late Registration deadline.
